I had the opportunity to check out a beginners class yesterday, which combines Pilates, ballet exercises and calisthenics. Really fun with lots of hip-shaking, fast-paced exercises that works your glutes, abs and obliques. I felt super energized afterwards and I slept incredibly sounded last night. I definitely recommend taking a class or investing in the DVD. You’re worth it!
